I have sold a property at 11627 101 ST in Edmonton.
I was purchased by parents who wanted to give their three daughters a place to live while they attended to their studies. Having NAIT within walking distance, MacEwan not too much further, and easy access to transit and LRT, today U of A would be considered a "hop, skip and a jump". I was ideal for the purpose of getting to school in a timely fashion and that stands still today, not to mention other amenities. With 2 bedrooms up and a bedroom down there was plenty of room, plus two baths. My living room is spacious and I have an additional family room downstairs that is also large. My RF3 zoning is ideal for someone who may want to use my ideal location for infill or perhaps someone who might be interested in a sturdy family home. I still have character! There is a 3 year old 18x24 garage at the back and an additional carport with a fully fenced yard.
